  • Question/Answer Support - We staff live operators (English and Spanish speaking) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Additionally, our support team responds quickly to inquiries received at classact@gilardi.com.



  • Access to Proof of Claim Documents - We post Notice and Proof of Claim documents in Adobe .pdf form on our web site, and our support team will fax or email a Proof of Claim upon request. Additionally, our turn-around for large mailing requests is one week or less.



  • Multiple Submission Methods - To compliment our simple, readable, hard copy Proofs of Claim used for submitting claims by mail, we encourage individuals and entities with large numbers of claims or large amounts of claim data to utilize our E-Data filing procedures.   • Multiple Data Capture Methods - Our unique use of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology and custom web-based data capture applications augment our refined data entry protocols, all ensuring accurate data gathering of claimant information.
